Shirogorov knives

The outline and length of the blade (85mm / 3.35in) have not changed, but compared to Fat Strip the thickness has shrunk to 3.5mm (0.14in), and the grind is now different (as well as more traditional). Blade is still made out of MagnaCut, and runs on MRBS Multi-Row Bearing System.

The handle has changed, as well. It has, of course, decreased in thickness along with the blade. Additionally, one handle scale is now convex, while the other one is concave, and the pivot screw now features a triangle instead of a cross.

The total run is comprised of 300 pieces.
