Shirogorov knives

We are happy to announce the release of Quantum Gen.2. The renewed Quantum sports a slimmer blade (3.5mm instead of 4.0mm) whilst having retained the same handle thickness. Speaking of which, the handle has a new milling pattern and a new look - it is partially stonewashed (and that is nothing new), but now it is also partly covered in chaotic satin⁠
